Stainless Steel BH Vibrator

Stainless Steel BH Vibrator

Stainless Steel Industrial Vibrators Built for Washdown Environments

NAVCO® Stainless Steel BH Vibrators are designed to provide material moving vibration for environments that require easy cleanability. Based on the original BH 1.25 Vibrator, the Stainless Steel BH 1.25 Vibrator is ideally suited for light-duty bins and containers found in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Pneumatic Piston Vibrators, Made in the USA

Made in the USA, NAVCO Stainless Steel Vibrators are pneumatic piston vibrators that keep bulk material moving around the United States and across the globe.

Working Across Multiple Industries

These vibrators can be found in many industries, including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and more, where washdown environments and sanitary conditions are essential.

Long Productive Operating Life

Designed with minimal moving parts, these vibrators provide a long, reliable operating life in the clean and wash-down environments. The unit is supplied with an internal PTFE coating that offers additional corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.

Washdown and Sanitize

Cast from 304 stainless steel, the NAVCO Stainless Steel Vibrator is well suited for service where chemical washdown is used for cleaning and sanitation.

Available Controlled Air Exhaust

Vibrator exhaust can be ported to a single exhaust point and tapped to allow for the exhaust air to be routed out of the process area. This can be useful for keeping moisture and/or lubricant out of sanitary environments.

No Vessel Puncture Installation

Don’t replace one material flow issue with another. Stainless Steel BH Vibrators are installed without the need to puncture the vessel wall, and don’t introduce a new obstruction in your vessel that could further hinder material flow.

Let NAVCO Design a Custom Hopper Vibration System For Your Application

Understanding where to place the vibrator can be just as important as having the vibrator. This is why NAVCO offers bin mapping services to all our customers who purchase a vibrator. Our engineers work closely with our customers to understand their issues and the equipment they utilize. With that information, the engineers map out a detailed diagram that shows where to place and how to operate the vibrators. By utilizing the bin map diagram to place your BH vibrators, you will have a complete hopper vibration system; making sticking, bridging, and rat holing of your bulk materials a thing of the past.

A Vibration Type for Every Application

Stainless Steel BH Vibrators are available in one size BH 1.25 and like the standard BH Vibrators, they come in three different types:

Repetitive Impact BH Vibrator – High Impact Hits

Repetitive Impact Stainless Steel BH Vibrators provide continuous high energy impulses that maximize bin response. Type excels at eliminating the most difficult of flow problems in heavy duty applications. They have also been utilized in custom applications such as underwater core sampling.

Single Impact BH Vibrator – One Hit Wonder

Designed to have the piston give a single impact into the base, the Single Impact Stainless Steel BH Vibrator proves a single high energy impulse triggered by a timer, button, or other controlling device. They excel at helping fine and light materials move and at addressing problem areas of a container that need just a little extra encouragement to get material flowing.

Silent BH Vibrator – Reduced Noise Levels

Also known as air cushioned, quiet, or sinusoidal the Silent Stainless Steel BH Vibrator traps a pocket of air between the piston and base eliminating the physical impact between the two. This allows the vibrator run at a lower noise level when compared to the two impact BH Vibrators. There is a trade off in the reduced noise level as a larger sized unit may be needed to produce the same amount of linear force.

Channel
Mount

The NAVCO standard for mounting. Suitable for installations on a broad range of vessels, from dump body trailers to silos.

T-Slot
Mount

T-slotted mounting plate suitable for mounting on flat sided vessels.

U-Bolt Mount for Pipes and Chutes

Light duty mounting option for pipes and chutes. Designed to fit specific pipe OD to ensure snug fit. Allows vibration to be applied to small pipe ODs.

Saddle Mount for Pipes and Chutes

Saddle Mounts designed to fit your specific pipe OD. Heavy duty saddle mount provides reinforcement to the pipe section, while ensuring distribution of vibration around the circumference of the pipe. Allows easy relocation to meet changing process demands.

Saddle Mount for Conical Hoppers

NAVCO will design and manufacture a conical saddle mount to fit your specific hopper. This is an optimal installation for areas where a welded installation is not feasible.
