Rotary Railcar Dumper and Wagon Tippler Vibrator Systems
Heavy Duty Industrial Vibrator Systems
Built for Rotary Railcar Dumpers and Wagon Tipplers
NAVCO® Rotary Railcar Dumper and Wagon Tippler Vibrator Systems are designed for unloading open-top hopper railcars in heavy-duty applications and harsh environments. The systems are permanently installed onto rotary railcar dumpers and wagon tipplers to assist in the removal of residual material from the railcar to maximize material delivery.
Maximize Material Delivery and Eliminate Costly Carryback
Completely empty railcars and stop incurring costly carryback charges. Rotary Railcar Dumper and Wagon Tippler Vibrator Systems utilize high amplitude, low frequency, linear vibration to remove stubborn residual material. This increases material delivery and eliminates carryback.
Heavy-Duty Vibrator Systems, Made in the USA
Made in the USA, Rotary Railcar Dumper and Wagon Tippler Vibrator Systems are designed to keep the toughest of material flowing out of open top railcars.
Long Productive Operating Life
Designed with heavy steel construction and minimal moving parts, this system provides a long, reliable operating life in the toughest of conditions.
Working Across Many Industries
These vibrator systems can be found in many industries, including Aggregates, Power, Mining, Refining, and many more.
Customized Vessel Unloading Systems

Two Systems Customizable to Your Application
Rotarymatic System
The NAVCO Rotarymatic System for railcars is a permanently mounted vibrator system that applies high amplitude, low frequency linear vibration directly to railcars in a rotary dumper. The System includes four drive assemblies for each railcar; two per side. The Rotarymatic drive assemblies are designed to engage the rail car while in the unloading position, maximize the vibration transmitted into the material and isolate vibration from the dump structure.
Fulcrum Drive Assemblies
Fulcrum drive assemblies are installed on the spill girder side of the dumper. These drive assemblies are counterweighted so as the dumper rotates, the counterweights drop and the drive extends and engages the railcar. When the dumper is in the upright position, the counterweight holds the drive in the retracted position. There are two fulcrum drive assemblies for each railcar.
Pendulum Drive Assemblies
Pendulum drive assemblies are installed on the opposite side of the dumper. These units swing freely and engage the railcar during rotation. When the dumper is in the upright position, the pendulum drive assemblies swing into retracted position. There are two Pendulum Drive Assemblies for each railcar.
LC 101 System
The NAVCO LC 101 Vibrator System is permanently mounted to Rotary rail car dumpers to assist in unloading and eliminate manual clean out or material carry back. The system consists of NAVCO Extreme Duty BH Vibrators installed on the spill side of the dumper. The vibrators are installed with a free floating spring arrangement to direct vibration into the rail car and isolate the vibration from the dumper. When the dumper is rotated to the dump position, the rail car rests against the spill side wall and contacts the vibrator assemblies, compressing the free floating spring arrangements. The vibrators are then actuated and excite the car (but are isolated from vibrating the dumper) to insure complete unloading.
